Slow day yesterday. Was hunting a colonial area that has been pounded.Still managed a large cent,You cannot see 18 but you can see a 4 with water at a angle. So 184? or 18?4.Found a quarter pocket drop.(sure wish that was a old one.)And heavy possible colonial period spoon or fork handle with shield of arms on it on both sides.I tried to get it clearer but no luck.Round thing in silver and has stamp on edge but beet and tiny.Ring is plated.I have had a long miserable week. This is only good thing that happened. And next weekend i am probably moving so wont get out.Hopefully i can at least beat this stinking cold.Started week with infected eye lid. Then got cold, had another truck(fed ex)run my butt off road in Harrisburg.White line was on left of my fuel tanks. He just came up ramp (78/81)and went straight across lanes at near 70mph.I thought 4 wheelers were bad.Even yesterday i open my fortune cooky,no fortune?WTF? What a week.

You got out and made some great finds. Your cold is get'n better, and after a close encounter with a fed ex truck you're still live to detect another day, I'd call that good! We're all glad you're still here.

Congrats on the large cent. I always like finding the dog tags as well.
