OK .. dug these up today ... here goes ... first ... 1943 merc dime ..
I scratched it ... errrr .. but anyway
Now for the big one ... (6.5 inches down) a Large Cent. Not sure on the date
but pretty sure it's between 1808 and 1814.
For a little bit i thought I was seeing a 3, then I thought
I was seeing a 4 ....
Here it is right out of the dirt - front and back

back - i took picture of the back at a dif. time.. lighting is dif.
