Liberty Cap Large Cents are a Great find ! These are within the first four years of regular U.S. Mint issues .

Congrats on finding a great early coin. Are you certain you have a 1795? From the photo, it looks like you might have a 1796. I say that because of the position of the letter "L" (Liberty) is extremely close to the liberty cap, a trait that is seen is several of the 1796 varieties. Because your coin is so worn, I doubt its possible to confirm a variety. Too many key features are worn off.
