VDI numbers. US will ring up higher than say a KG copper. To me it looks KG looking right. Is it thin?

Likely a well worn draped bust 1 cent (1798-1807) like the one below.

I've found several worn to that degree and the ribbons and direction of the bust are the clearest identifying features even on toasted ones.

Definitely draped bust, as Max said, not liberty cap.

No its not thin. It's about the same thickness as a quarter
