🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Large Flat Disc With Floral Etchings and Heavy Round Squatty Nozzle.

I wandered along the wharf area with a detector, but these two items were eye balled. They seemed unique, so I brought them home to clean them up. They are both heavy. One appears to be an industrial nozzle for a hose? The other item I have no clue. It doesn’t appear to be a lid. Maybe at one time there was a protruding rod that allowed for it to be seated into concrete or bricking. The floral design surprised me as I chipped rust away. Any ideas?
