Pin type transmission insulator, probably 69 kV. Not sure of age but would guess 1930's-1950's. The discoloration on the top skirt is from tracking or flashover from lighting strikes.

yeah I have 15 of these things. they came from a 69 kva line. one of the first electric lines built in Arkansas. I think they are called 3 tier insulators
