I had a nice long days hunt yesterday in an old park. I brought home 109 newer clad coins, 3 Wheat pennies, 3 silver dimes, 2- 1943s Mercury dimes and 1-1961d Roosevelt dime, and an object that I am not sure about. It looks like a really well made copper cup with a quarter next to it for size. It must be 3/16 of an inch thick with the words 100 and Gr stamped inside. There is also what looks like 2 small hallmarks inside that I can't really make out. It looks like it was made to measure something? 100 grams or 100 grains. Any help would be appreciated. I can also post this odd cup in the what is it forum if we don't get any ideas here.

Happy hunting and thanks for looking.
Update on the cup shaped object. It turned out to be a nesting apothecary cup weight. I can just make out the date stamp on it and it is 1893.
