Last 2008 hunt gets me keepers and trip to hospital

I had a chance to get out just one more time in 2008, I took it.
I was finding little items, bucks, rivet, and brass.
After digging a hole and retrieving a buck, I stood up and
tripped over my shovel. I fell forward landing aqwardly on
my head. The pain was overwhelming. I tried to stand up
but had some difficulty. After a few tries, I made it to my
feet. It took me over 1 hour to make it 50 yards out of the
field to my truck. I was using my detector and shovel as
crutches. Once I made it to my truck I called my wife to
come get me. I was unable to drive.
After a trip to the ER and a few tests and shots, I was told
it was a severe muscle strain. Better than a disc.
Anyway, Here are my finds for awhile, as I am stuck in
bedd for awhile yet.

Back strains suck....Go to a chiropractor and they will hook you up. It has done wonders for my aching back. Knock on wood, I have not been laid up for over two years now since going to one. Good luck on the healing and nice finds.....jgas
