The snow is gone again, and things are really opening up here in Edmontonville. I got an old door off a stove, some jewelry, some spent ammo and some other odds and ends. Below are my best! I scratched half the date off the 1919 large cent. Luckily, it was a high mintage year and of little value. :(

Nice finds John. I just found a Canadian large cent also last wk. a 1909. Any value in that yr??

Hi John-Edmonton,

Just curious, did you clean that shotshell? If so, what method did you use? It looks nice. I've been getting a pretty good pile of those, and was wondering if there is an acceptable way to clean them without ruining them. Some are over 100 years old. Thanks, and nice finds.
