kinda sad all the work one puts into a home ...and in no time gravity and time will wear down even mountains.

Water & Wind did it in.
& Home Owners Expected me to do $10,000 worth of Work after giving me a $600 check.

so I had no choice but to live in what I Had.

It was doubtful it could be saved anymore but the front half just may have escaped Rot
all the way to the foundation.

But the Kitchen (Left) & Bathroom (Right)
would have had to be Completely Rebuilt.



near the End I had to walk on Planks in the Bathroom to prevent falling through,
and feared filling the tub with water. quick showers only.
and leaning hot water heater was falling through the floor.

seriously thought of using umbrella in the kitchen many times
always put my hoodie up to use it on rainy days

Sure do Miss that Place Lived by my Own Rules

Even My Museum out Back & 99.9% of my Treasures had to go to Reburial somewhere
