Finally found my first year Indian to finish off my fatty collection. It rang up super low (14 on my Nox 800) so I thought it was going to be a head stamp. It’s not pretty but I’ll take it!!!

Nice IH recovery! :occasion14:

Congrats on completing the fatty's.

Your last fatty is the first fatty..:icon_cyclops_ani:

Congradulations on the find.

Grats, Joe. Those older IHP's are almost impossible to find out here. I have yet to dig one single fattie and I've dug plenty of IHP's. This year I've got 1899, 1901, 1903 and 1907. Two or three years ago I dug a 1908S but it's in nasty shape. Hope you got that new machine over it's silver drought!

Love those old Indians - congrats on finding one from the first year they were minted and the collection !

At the spot I’ve been hunting for 2 or 3 weeks now I’ve dug a 59,60,63,70,76,79,80 and 89 plus a flying eagle. It’s a huge older place but there’s still more there.

That '59 always seems to be the toughest to knock off- Congrats!

Nice!!! Congrats!!!!

Cool find! A first year IH....but whats about Superman? At least he lost his S.....

Congratulations! Those Indian Heads are always nice to find, no matter what condition they are in! Thanks for sharing with us again!

Congrats on the Indian and completing your fatty collection.

Great job brother! You're always pulling a nice assortment of stuff. Any idea what the S is from?

The “S” is the original name on the farm, I should have posted pictures of the back, it has very crude hook/ nail like attachments

Here it is
