Last few times out have been short hunts

Been busy and haven't got out much , went mushroom hunt with the women , and took the detector along , found a 1888 IH . Was over to her sons house , and as always was looking around had the detector in the car , asked if I could do a little detecting found the 1897 IH . Did manage a. 2 hour hunt at a park that's where the clad and Rosie came from , the bent up ring I found at work in a garbage disposal , ran it under the detector the vid was 56 . It's pretty messed up and can't make out anything in side the ring but I think it gold what you guys think ?
