Spent about 6 hours finishing up a couple cellar hole sites in the park woods. Uncovered a few more virgin plots of soil by busting through some briar patches.

SLQ was in the leaf clutter up against the base of a sapling and Barber was on edge, but only an inch deep.

Interesting relics: ornate pewter spoon handle, pewter bird, second Grant Building 2 piece button.

Nice day out for digging in the dirt.
Sweet Barber, and we'll dug on the SLQ.
The bird sure reminds me of a top off the Victorian Spooner.
The image is fully plated, but there were different versions.

Thx! About a dozen wheats have come out of here as well. I just toss the wheats in a mason jar.
