Congrats on the trade, the 1266 probably pulled my civil war relics than any other detector made, a legend for sure!

Thanks, I don't think I've ever seen a detector with such a low operating frequency. I would guess that it will hit silver mighty hard too.

Hey coinstriking bet i was hard departing with that coinstrike been a good machine for you , hope you have as much luck with the Fisher... Man I have been looking for a V nickle and have had no luck, might have to follow you arouund:laughing7:.

Yup, I still think the Coin$trike is one of the most under appreciated detectors ever made. I have been detecting since 1995 and didn't find my first v-nickel til this year and so far I've got 4 this year. They're out there, just gotta hit the right spot.

Nice coins. :icon_thumright: Congrats!

HH

im sure you'll miss that machine hopefully the fisher treats you well congrats on the coins looks like i need to head up north to find the good stuff :icon_thumleft:

We are gonna have to do a tally at the end of the year of all the coins we pulled out of those woods. I only have a few but the total between all of us will be pretty nifty.

Great score on the silver rosie and V nickel

Nice finds!
Did you check to see if it is a "D" or "S"?

It's just a plain 1912. Thanks.

Now that really is a "beep and dig" detector. I would have kept the Coinstrike. :icon_scratch:

I don't need to have a screen to metal detect. Not to mention a 1266 is worth 3 times as much as a Coinstrike.

Have you gotten out with the new machine yet if so how ya liking it

It was suppose to be here today but that's the USPS for ya. You pay for priority shipping and they never deliver on time.

Nice 100 year old coin.

Man, weren't you the guy that said the CZ-3D was a beep and dig? :icon_scratch:

Unless I am mistaken, then I apologize in advance. ;)

You're mistaken sir, I am very familiar with the 3d. It's all good though.

Nice coin finds:icon_thumleft:
