Went to "Centennial Park" (commemorates the old "Rose Inn" Hotel) as the sun was getting low in the sky and got a few pics ... starting with this guy:
Spooky looking statue ... at least they got rid of the H-U-G-E black widow that used to live under his right arm pit.
The flowers were pretty this evening, so got a few shots. Learning a bit about this Nikon Coolpix L340 ... first of all, it doesn't like red! In fact, I doesn't even want to focus when the subject is red --- I have to focus on a close area then frame the pic and shoot.
