I've found a lot of lead seals and cloth seals but none were ever dated. What's the diameter of that seal? I ask because some lead seals were railroad seals, and numbered according to the train line they went on. Those tend to be a smaller diameter, about the diameter of a dime.

It is the diameter of a penny. Maybe just alittle bigger
