That would be awesome but it has a seam from a mold.

It appears (to me) to have a muzzle, so part of a circus set? Maybe the post on the bottom set into a train car or one of those round stages on which it would perform?

Hmmm. Thats a possibility. It was found at an old homesite in kingston tn. House no longer there.
