i know that there is lead in the glass of computer monitors. does anyone know how to remove the lead from the glass?

Dont hold me to this, but I believe the lead in the glass is in microscopic granules and impossible to seperate without sophisticated and very expensive equipment. Its well beyond the abilities of normal folk.
This info was gleaned from "Gold processing forum".
For those of us that have an interest in metals, not just gold, that site has hours of fascinating reading.

Lou.

caution lead is toxic and you should refrain from licking it, in the event that you can not stop yourself, you will need to ride the short bus home.
the amount of money lead currently @ .65 cents on the london market exchange
