legal or not

I am wondering is it really legal to "dig" up lost caches and such? Very new to this but seem to be able to locate lost stuff. Just don't want to get into any trouble. And would cover Spanish payrolls, bank robberies and such. Thank you

Hi there are a few PERMISSION SLIPS on the web that will give you a idea of how to write one up or you could copy it then print it out so you could keep it with you when you ask the land owner for his or her permission too hunt their propery & get them to sign the slip for you so if some of there children or in-laws come over & tell you to get off the property all you have todo is show them that the land owner has said it was OK for you to Metal Detect there, but make shure it has been signed
