Is there any Florida ( panhandle) laws that prohibit MDing on the beaches??

All depends on what county or city you are hunting in.. i know the best time too hunt public beaches is in the evening when everyone is gone if you do not want too be a problem and plus you have more space too work with when everyone is gone. I guess just try and make sure the beach you are on is public and not private and if the public ones allow mding and it is not on some federal land.
