I know that Lesche shovels have a 5 year breakage warranty for use under normal circumstances. But, is that warranty transferable should a shovel be purchaed from the original owner?

No, I emailed the company. Question is moot now as I decided not to purchase a used Lesche shovel. Thanks again for your response.
