I remember those when I was a kid..
The little flag thing spun and created a charge for the light i think :icon_scratch:

Yeah, a neat novelty item. It should be rotating when exposed to light if the vacuum hasn't been lost.

I have one of these , had it sense I was a kid. Put it in the sunlight and watch what happens .
