Thanks. Amethyst but might be glass. A dry sand tide hole find. New I was close when I found a couple of nickels where finds are few and far between. My propointer is on the fritz but I luckily saw it after kicking apart the sand when I dumped my scoop out. Not bad for an hour hunt but I've been skunked at this beach plenty of times.
