Just in time for the Halloween trick or treaters...this is what they used to hang on to the kids clothes to make them noticeable when out trick or treating. Chemical glow in the dark night sticks are what they called.

We use them for fishing at night. Just tape a small one to the end of your rod tip to watch for bites. They also sell small 1.5 inch ones that I have used to stick inside of plastic worms or tubes for freshwater fishing. A little uncoventional but they work.
