Little Johnny the chemist

Hearing hammering on the front porch , Grampaw went out to see what little Johnny was doing this weekend while staying with them .
When questioned , Johnny replied ,
"Just playing with my new chemistry set , Grampaw . Watch this ."
Johnny pulled a live nightcrawler from a can , dipped it in a solution he had in a beaker , and then drove it straight into the 2" oak porch banister with a claw hammer .
"My , my !"exclaimed Grampaw ,"I'll buy you a new bike if you'll make some of that up for me ."
Johnny nodded his head in assent .

Johnny got to Grampaw's the next weekend . Parked in the front yard was a new full dressed Harley wrapped in a banner that read "For Johnny".
Johnny ran to his Grampaw and hugged him , profusely thanking him for the gift .......



Grampaw gruffly responded ,"The bicycle I bought you is on the back porch . The Harley is from
your Grammaw ."
