This was at a small charity shop. 3 bucks was good deal. It's in nice condition and no doubt has more in scrap value than 3 dollars. I've sold these kind of things on eBay before, but the way freight is today buyers there don't give more than my local PM buyer and he won't pay his best unless it's de-weighted. I think I'll just put it away for now, but the pm dealer only deals in cash both in buying and selling, so he's often good for a trade on his merchandise and buying this stuff cheap is a good way to trade up something cool he may have, even though he charges spot plus on his jewelry. I've gotten 2 or 3 pieces of Georg Jensen pieces out of him that really didn't cost me that much, because he excepts whatever scrap pm as currency. It's a great way to trade up and maybe score from him something that's really worth more, as he doesn't spend a lot of time researching everything that comes in his shop for cash.
