Live hotchkiss shell?

I live in St Louis. Does anyone out there know an expert who can grill out this hotchkiss shell.My buddy found it in a privy 30 years ago and didn't know what it was. Thanks for any help. I am in the st. Louis area

Well Catfish .
There are people who will 'dis-arm ' yr shell , the only ones I know are in my Atlanta GA area. There are others imo mostly on the East part of the US .

It looks to have been through a-lot ,in it 30 years , imo with the Sabot that deteriorated or gone it looks like it was in a privy for 100 years.
Give your thread some time and I think you may get some local info.

If you call the Police please you-tube the response . lol
