Way to go Mr. D. Looks like a turban head type large cent. I have only found one of those type. They were made with more pure copper and didn't hold up to well on the detail in circulation. They are from the early 1800s. Nice score!! What park are ya hitting? Send me a PM if ya don't wanna say on here. I am just curious, I'm not trying to steal your spot.
