Local Farm - Day 5...

Didn't quite go to plan today.
1hr 15 mins into my grid the tractor with spray bar joined me.
I got out of the way after picking my flags up & moved 2 fields over for 30mins (got 1 scrappy & a 18th C Drawer Pull)
Then decided to jump a few fields & try a known Site (that we have done well), got chased off this one after 1 hour. 1 Scrappy.
Decided to try somewhere the tractor wasn't going - into a grass field. Haven't tried in years & no cattle so worst a blast. Tried for 30mins with just a Vicky General Service Button & a 1955 Sixpence.
I give it some thought for my next trip to the Local Farm but off to the Track-Way Site tomorrow.

Never a good day when the tractor shows up with the spraying equipment.
One can side step every other implement most of the time.
Nice looking button still retaining the silver wash.

That is an awesome haul Crusader. I haven't found a thing worth posting in months. Hopefully once the fields are harvested, I will get back out and find something good. The US isn't as generous with old finds as your area though. I will keep up hope haha. Sweet finds!😁
