Today I was out driving down some old back roads and came across this house. Im hoping to find the property owner soon. I would love to detect at this location.

Bring a weed eater. Detect it before that roof ends up all over the yard. Good find.

Try your local pva website to find the owners name.

Look to see if your county has a free GIS tool online. Lots of times you can use these to look for tax records and landowners.
