log keeping question...

Hello everyone...I would like to start keeping a log of all my finds...what do you use if you do so? im sure there is a good log book journal out there somewhere...I could just use a note book but I want some that is pre printed with...time, what found, where found, weather....maybe I will just make my own on spread sheet...
