Logan County Ohio Chert?

This blade/tool was found in SWPA and I am not sure of the chert type. It doesn’t match anything I’ve found, but I’ve only been at it for a year. The material resembles a few examples listed as Logan County Speckled Chert in Paleo-Indian Artifacts by Lar Hothem.

Yep. Porphyritic rhyolite, there are outcroppings in both OH & PA.

Looks to me like Adams County, PA (Gettysburg) rhyolite as well.

I thought about rhyolite. Thanks for the responses. There are local sorces available very close and it must have been a trade item. Rhyolite makes the piece even more special. I'm in Southwestern PA near the WV border. I didn't think rhyolite made it this far east. The only point found in the area is a Jack's Reef Corner Notched.
