Ha, it looks like one of those critters in that old movie from the 80's, 'The Dark Crystal'... really though, I think those patterns are fossil remains... maybe algae? I've seen similar forms in limestone here in NY. Someone will know. Pretty cool rock, though!

Here is my submittal.
It just looks creepy. My wife says it looks at her.....I wonder where she got that idea?
Just a naturally formed limestone specimen but darn...
These "Holey" stones can be found around Lake Travis near Austin Texas.

Anymore stonebone heads out there?
