looked everywhere to ID this naval button T. W. & W. Paris

looks like US but does not match up with fully anything I find in reference books. could be English? just about to give up. button is flat, marked T. W. & W. (and more) as in photo. button is stippled. 7/8" dia.

have apx. date from ref with HM marks but not sure of the additional marks.

any help will be appreciated!

I've seen a similar one that was French.. The maker is Trelon, Weldon & Weil.
