No its not the same guy, The photo was for advertising purposes only! I am the one. I just got a new Explorer and they tossed that one in as a bonus. Its a good package deal with a good fair price. there's even a new pin pointer for no extra cost!. I dont want to hassle with shipping its a pick it up yourself deal. I am in Wallworth county near Janesville
