It is proposed to set up a company engaged in investments in prospecting ore deposits in the Russian territory. Natural reserves of gold in Russia are enormous; however, they are poorly explored, because in the past primary attention was paid to the deposits of placer gold. Potential ore deposits in Russia are known, one can get a license to prospect and mine them running 25 years with a possibility of prolongation. They can be purchased very cheaply, however, the cost of a company that bought and registed gold reserves (10-50 tons) in the assets increases manifold. This is exactly what we suggest doing. For our part we will provide legal support, assistance in dealing with authorities, experienced geologists that have information on the area.
