A lot of you know that for a few years I have been collecting data on any New Jersey Colonial era copper that has been ground found and that survey is still going on, so please think of me when you find one or know of someone else who found one. I am including my original poster in this post for what I am looking for my study.
But, there is another survey that is going on that I said I would help out in spreading the word that we are also looking for data on ground found Rosa Americana Coppers (1722/1723).
I am attaching the poster from Syd Martin who is the editor of C4 monthly newsletter and long time collector of colonial coins. Just like my request for New Jersey coppers, I am including a poster of Syd's for his study.
I have found one Rosa Americana and have forwarded my information to him, and I encourage others to do the same.................
For Rosa Americana finds, please email the information to sfmartin5@comcast.net
For New Jersey Colonial copppers, please email the information to slospokes2@comcast.net.
Thanks
