How in the heck is somebody suppossed to be able to know who the artist is, with such limited information from the artist him/herself? To me, it seems like the initial AS an 90 for 1990. I've never seen this work. I always do take a chance just in case. I always make up the loss (if nothing is found) somewhere else! Good luck.

Looks like a graffiti artist to me. AS90 fits the tag format.

That was my first thought as well. It looks like it was done with spray cans, or possibly an airbrush. We had a guy at our flea market that did some pretty amazing pictures.

Looks like pastels to me, or at least the signature portion.
