Looky what I found!!!

Been looking for one for years and was still looking yesterday morning till about 1030. Man it was hot. I had dug around 6-7,000 zinc jar lids when this dude popped up out of the ground. I couldnt believe my eyes. I went to flopping around on the ground with my butt up in the air like a axe handeled possum. It's even got some leather on the back. YAHOOOOOOOOOO...d2

Very Nice.. Bout to do a little relic hunting myself.. Doubt i will get that lucky though.. But with my 18x15 SEF coil i should be able to get DEEP. maybe i can find something others have missed..

Thanks for the replys. I will be glad when it cools off a little. I went back to the same area, spent and hour and a half, lost 20 pounds and didnt find a thing. But I got my eye on a thicket I am gonna crawl up in when it gets a little cooler...d2

Yeah I agree.. Been wanting to get back out there.. got some new coils, new programs. i am ready.. Just to dang hot to spend 5 hours in the woods. Ticks.. Pfft..
