looks like reflections in a window. wish it was clearer

It's no accident that the space craft are what is perceived to be just behind the clouds. We never get to see one of them. It was a cool video. All you would need to do is create a roll of moving cuts (like the roll for an old player piano) and put it in front of a bare light bulb some distance behind the glass. Chalk this one up to a man in an ape suit strutting out in the woods.

Dizzy Digger is right, it looks like window reflections on another window, maybe a skylight. If so the lights are probably automobile headlamps.
