lost and found ad..search

I saw a lost and found ad for a mens gold ruby and diamond wedding ring the other day. Called him up and we went to golf course to look for it. Didn't find it but he insisted I take $40 for trying. It was hot out and Yogi didn't want to hunt much,geese, golfers playing thru, and kids playing at beach in the lake. Did find .37 in clad. Pretty sure someone picked it up on cart path.
And I got a lead on a $20,000 ring lost on 18th hole, several people made a remark about it when they saw my MD.
The guy I was hunting for today said he would talk to the people who lost it. The ring we didn't find today was insured, so he gets some replacement value towards a new ring. So I gave him my jeweler buddy's card. Everybody wins a little

LOL those were my wifes short overalls he chewed!! Made him wear them for a day, funny thing is they fit him lol
