Louisiana Purchase Spoon. 1904.

Found this at an old home site yesterday... I have done a little MD'ing when I can get out in this 99 degree, 100 percent humidity down here in Swampland. Washed it but haven't cleaned it yet.. From what I can tell its a 1904 La. Purchase souvenir spoon.. A child must have used it for digging in the yard, the spoon portion is rather bent...It was about 4+ inches down under an old magnolia tree..Rang like a fifty cent piece..Don't get that signal very often so I dug expecting to find a coin...Using my G-250...Found one wheat and about five clad and quit for the day.. Haven't researched it yet.. So feel free if you want to add information...Thanks

I dont know if it is from the 1904 worlds fair. It looks a little different

Apparently there were several versions. The one I have is the Palace of Electricity..The 1904 is in the narrow part of the handle. with a different St Louis engraving.
