What is this green patina thing? It has writing but I cant make it out even when I cleaned it. Found it metal detecting at site of early 1900s hotel. How old is it? The top moves up. 20210421_013142.webp20210421_013209.webp20210421_013216.webp20210421_013230.webp

It's a threaded pipe fitting, and it looks there are numbers or letters
