Anyone familiar with the West side of the Lower Kern River and know if the area is ATV friendly?

- garret 150 im getting a whites GMT or MXT soon the garret 150 is a childs play thing LOL i bought to practice now its my 5 yr olds
I don't know about the lower Kern I mean I guess u could ride before u go into the canyon if its private land u may need to ask for permission but if you go to the top of the canyon u can go to keysville cool place for bikes and atvs
