Lower Kern ATVs?

Anyone familiar with the West side of the Lower Kern River and know if the area is ATV friendly?

I don't know about the lower Kern I mean I guess u could ride before u go into the canyon if its private land u may need to ask for permission but if you go to the top of the canyon u can go to keysville cool place for bikes and atvs
