you an use the Tesoro lower rods as well. I just bought two of those new myself($10.20 each) from most dealers. You will have to move the push pin 90 degrees but that's easy, 1/4" drilled hole and your done. Pull the existing push pin out of the hole and relocate.
probably easier than finding a factory lower X5 rod.
