These two paintings ? are marked Lugenes Japan. I have found lots of ceramic / porcelain salt shakes etc on the internet but nothing like these. They are textured and really very well made. Any info and ideas on value ?

If the little red tag is original and the fact that they are marked JAPAN tells me they're not too old and made for export. Tony

Yes the tag is original, thats where I got the name from. Well, I guess the tag is original....
