In one of the pictures I can make out the name "Triptolemos" who was a famous Greek vase painter active between 470 and 490 BC. The style of your vase in comparison with his is quite similar, however it is highly unlikely that it is genuine because of the condition it is in and the rarity of these vases. My guess would be that you have a reproduction or copycat vase.
It could also be that there is no relation to the vase painter Triptolemos and it is simply a tribute to Greek mythology.
Here is the wiki to Triptolemus: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triptolemus
Also in the wiki above there is a relation between Triptolemus and Demetra, who I believe is Demeter and is also written on the vase.
