Made some crystals by accident

I made some concentrated electrolyte solution a few months back for when I use electrolysis to clean finds.
When I grabbed the last bottle I noticed it had a solid crystalline mass in the bottom.

When the solution cooled, the baking soda precipitated out and crystallized.
I though it was interesting. Perhaps I can make larger ones on purpose?
