Heres a 4" archaic point made of mt.kineo rhyolite.Sadly its broken but still a good example...mjm

Thanks painterx bitter-sweet.The problem with these longer points are that they usually get broken.Even though none of my finds are from fields.They still are subject to being broken.Either naturally by frost or in use or while being made.And every once in awhile by me.

It has fine flaking on it still a great find !!!
