My first hunt of the new year found a nice Sierra Contracting Stem point 4.500 - 1.500 BP late to transitional archaic. And a few broken points of the same type a couple hours walking back and forth.

Strong start… got ice and snow the last couple weekends, makes it difficult to find points I’m itching to get out now. Basalt I assume?
